By accessing or using rubylegal.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Ruby Law provides software-assisted legal document drafting for Canadian companies. Using the Site, generating a draft, or paying for a document does not create a solicitor-client relationship. A solicitor-client relationship is only formed when you opt into lawyer review and sign a separate written engagement letter with Ruby Law Professional Corporation.

All content on the Site — including document templates, guidance, FAQs, and generated drafts — is general information only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. You are encouraged to obtain independent legal advice before executing any agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruby Law and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any document generated through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Ruby Law in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All content on the Site, including the Ruby Law name, logo, drafting engine, and template library, is owned by Ruby Law and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited licence to use the documents you generate for your own business purposes.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
